  I've been using Cycle-Ops regularly since it opened way back, however Jake and Paul have really raised the game since taking over last year and the service is now better than ever! They are always prepared to give an honest appraisal whether products are suitable to my needs, even if this means 'losing a sale'. After much persuasion(!) I invested in a bike fitting last summer and this has saved me £££'s, a tweak to the riding position on my custom built bike has made my 6 weekly osteopath visits are a thing of the past!!
